Being beautiful starts by evolving internally. Whatever shape or color you are in, accept who you are and improve what you do not like. Everything you want to be is all about making a strong decision about where you want to be. The rest will come together as you embark on your journey. While you are at it... don't forget to have fun with fashion and accessories. Yes I say... Fashion and Style. Someone at my gym just noticed that I have lost some weight and asked me what I did. And no... I did not get surgery! hahaha...  It's doing hard core cardio for an hour, 5 times a week for 6 months and eating right. Meaning you are not to starve yourself and yes, you can still have your chocolates.

So I was at 150lb and lost 5lb in 6 months... it sounds slow right? It is not a radical change that I wanted but something I can do and enjoy forever. I wanted this to be a lifestyle for me. So I figured that changing my eating style is the key to good health and weight loss.

For me, I have one good complete meal (fish, vegetables and carbs), during the day for lunch. The rest of the day I snack on liquids, fruits, and nuts. Once a week I have a whole bar of Ritz hazelnut chocolate, or half the quart of ice cream. It depends on my mood. I am the kind of person when I want something I go all out. So Fridays are my day of treats... and then, Sat is the day that I know I have to exercise it off. So as long as you are moving and perspiring, you know you are losing your calories.


The real secret is to eat enough that you do not expand your waistline, be conscience of what food you put into your body - Your body is YOUR TEMPLE. Keep away from fats like fried foods, cookies/cakes/curry puffs/pastries, oily food, fatty organ parts, bad carbs, etc. Enjoy the good stuff you are eating and whatever you put in, make sure you work it out too.

There you go. It is simple, free advise and it works.
It takes time to get results. There is no simple or fast way of losing weight. And that is the REAL truth. Meanwhile, have fun with the fashion and style. For no matter what size you are in, you can still look pretty and beautiful.


When you have the real beauty coming from within, people will see it more than the outward appearance. What is the inner beauty? Well, try to live your life with love and happy.
